Remove My Accounts

Doing this will delete all data stored for your accounts in AI Mail OR Easy Mail – Email Launcher AND REMOVE THE ACCOUNTS FROM THE APP:

App activity, app info and performance, name and user IDs, and emails.

In order to remove your email accounts and disassociate them from Easy Mail – Email Launcher, simply follow the steps below:

1. In your inbox, click on the 3-line menu button in the inbox search bar:

2. At the bottom of the list click Settings:

3. Select the second-to-last option for Remove Account:

4. Press the blue Remove button on when the prompt pops up:

5. You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the screen that you have successfully removed your account.

Press the back arrow in the top left corner of the Settings menu to be taken back to your inbox and repeat this process for any additional accounts you wish to remove:

6. Once you have removed all of your accounts and clicked back into your inbox for the final time you will see the confirmation screen that you have no email accounts linked to the app:
