How do AI Mail & AI MAIL HOME work?

AI Mail and AI Mail Home are Android email apps that simplify your inbox for a seamless and advanced experience.

While AI Mail is a native app, AI Mail Home is a launcher, meaning your experience is upgraded to put the power of the AI email inbox on your home screen in a simple right-swipe view.

The apps provide a unified inbox so you can see all of your email accounts across providers in one convenient location! Our AI allows you to compose tone-appropriate responses without typing them yourself. Just type in what you want to reply, hit “Reply with AI”, and the app will write an email for you. You can adjust the email written by the AI if necessary. 

How will my experience change?

AI Mail is a replacement for your existing Yahoo and Outlook apps. With a unified inbox, AI Mail allows you to toggle between an unlimited amount of email accounts across providers, or see them all together in an uncluttered and evolved experience.

On AI Mail Home, the launcher experience replaces your existing homescreen with an uncluttered and evolved email and homescreen experience. You’ll be able to easily access all of the app’s features on your homescreen while maintaining your complete library of apps.

How do I add my email account?

You can add your email account in the second step of the app’s introduction walkthrough on the screen that says ‘Set Up Your Email Account.’ Once you log in to your email account and grant the app permission to access it, you’re all set!

To add subsequent email accounts, click the plus sign on the bottom bar of your inbox and select which email provider you’d like to add. Now simply follow the instructions to sign in! You’ll see this account added to the bottom bar of your inbox via a Yahoo or Outlook icon.

ARE AI Mail and AI MAIL HOME safe to use?

Of course! We personally use our own products to guarantee we’re giving our users the safest experience possible.

AI Mail and AI Mail Home are a safe and private way to connect Android users to their email in a streamlined and more convenient way. Just like your regular email app, the only person who can log in and view your emails is you!

How do I report AI content that seems harmful or offensive?

We take your experience and safety seriously; if any AI-generate content seems wrong, whether it’s illegal, harmful, or unsafe, please let us know!

You can report the content to us by clicking on the 3 dots in the bottom left corner of the creation prompt and selecting “Report Issue.” You may select from the list of possible issues, or input your explanation in the text box provided.  We will do our best to review your report promptly and take appropriate action.

How do I delete emails?

Swiping right on an email you no longer need or wish to see will remove it from your inbox:

Yahoo! Mail & Outlook: If you are using Yahoo Mail or Outlook, deleting emails in AI Mail or AI Mail Home will also delete the emails from the Yahoo Mail and Outlook inboxes you access via app, desktop, or mobile site.

I don’t want notifications from AI Mail

AI Mail and AI Mail Home are a replacement for all of your other email apps. Any notifications you receive are from the app telling you that you’ve received a new email! Clicking an email notification will take you into the body of that email.

If you wish to limit these notifications, please go to your phone’s Settings and select System > Apps > AI Mail/AI Mail Home > Notifications > and toggle your preferences.

How do I uninstall AI Mail?

There are several ways to uninstall our apps:

AI Mail app:

• Go to the AI Mail listing in the Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.applabstudios.ai.mail.inbox

• Click the green “Uninstall” button. Make sure you are logged into Google Play with the account you downloaded the app.

• Alternatively, you may remove the app from your app drawer as you would any other app on your device.

AI Mail Home:

• To uninstall AI Mail Home, navigate to the AI Mail Home Settings app in your app drawer and select the Uninstall button on the bottom navigation bar.
