📱 Add your first email account during the app's introduction walkthrough on the 'Set Up Your Email Account' screen.
To add additional email accounts:

Tap the plus sign on the bottom bar of your inbox

Select which email provider you'd like to add (Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook)

Follow the prompts to sign in and grant permissions

Your new account will appear in the bottom bar via its provider icon

🔑 To fully experience the app's benefits, we ask for a few permissions.
Explicit Permissions
Contacts – Allows us to autofill the sender's email address if they exist in your contacts.
Notifications – Lets us alert you when new emails arrive in your linked accounts.
Implicit Permissions
Calendar – Places calendar invitation info from your email onto your device's calendar.
Microphone – Enables voice search so you can speak your requests just like your phone's standard voice search.

How to report an issue:

Tap the three dots in the bottom left corner of the creation prompt

Select "Report Issue" from the menu

Select from the list of possible issues, or describe the problem in the text box

We will promptly review your report and take appropriate action
Subscription & Billing
💳 A subscription is not required to use Easy Mail. However, if you'd like to remove all advertisements, we offer two options.
Subscription Options
Monthly subscription – Billed every month, auto-renews until cancelled.
Annual subscription – Billed yearly, best value, auto-renews until cancelled.
🔒 Secure Payments
All payments are handled by Google Play's billing system. Easy Mail cannot see or access your payment information. To cancel, pause, or request a refund, follow Google's instructions.

ℹ️ Why We Have Ads
To keep Easy Mail – Email Launcher free for everyone, we utilize trusted advertising partners. However, we understand many people prefer an ad-free experience — that's why we offer the free trial.
⏱️ When you start your free trial, you get full ad-free access for 3 days.
Trial Details
Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the trial period — you retain access until then.
Must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the first billing period.
📲 Cancel via the Google Play app or the Google Play website at any time.

Managing Email
👆 Swipe right on any email you no longer need to remove it from your inbox.
📧 Gmail, Yahoo! Mail & Outlook
Deleting emails in AI Mail or Easy Mail – Email Launcher will also delete them from your Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Outlook inboxes across app, desktop, and mobile.
🔔 Both apps replace your existing email apps, so notifications alert you to new emails. Tapping a notification takes you directly to that message.
To manage notifications:

📱 AI Mail
Long-press the AI Mail icon in your app drawer and select Uninstall — just as you would any other app.
🏠 Easy Mail – Email Launcher
Navigate to the Easy Mail – Email Launcher Settings icon in your app drawer. Long-press the icon, then select Uninstall on the dialogue box that appears.
